Returns your company’s multi-level reimbursement approval flows and the people who can be chosen as approvers. Not paginated, and available on every plan.

flows lists every flow, oldest first. Companies without multi-level approval get flows: [].
A claim passes level 1, then level 2 and so on; any one eligible approver can act at each level. Admins can act at any level.
A flow can have a threshold: claims strictly above threshold.amount follow threshold.levels instead of levels.
eligible_approvers has one group per role, in this order: Admins, Branch Admins, Custom Role. Active people only, sorted by name.
